  Annual Parish Council Meeting to be held at Woolsthorpe Village Hall

Dear Councillor,

I hereby give you notice that the Parish Council meeting of Woolsthorpe-by-Belvoir Parish Council will be held at Woolsthorpe Village Hall on Tuesday 12th May 2026 at 19:00. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.

Public Forum:  Members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. District and County Councillors and the Police may also make reports.  Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.

Woolsthorpe-by-Belvoir Parish Clerk & RFO 30th April 2026

1. To Elect a Chair for Woolsthorpe by Belvoir Parish Council for the ensuing year 2026/2027

2. To receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office form from the Chair for 2026/2027 

3. To Elect a Vice-Chair of Woolsthorpe by Belvoir Parish Council and to receive the Declaration of Acceptance of office form for the ensuing year 2026/27

4. Public Forum – To Resolve to suspend standing orders for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow members of the public to make comment.

5. To Receive Apologies for Absence and Resolve to Accept the Reasons Given

6. To Receive Declarations Of Pecuniary Interest In Accordance With The Localism Act 2011

  To receive declarations of Members interests in relation to agenda items.

  To consider request for dispensations from Members.

7. To Resolve to fill by Co-option Parish Councillor Vacancies

8. Draft Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 30th March 2026 to be approved as minutes.

a) To resolve to agree the hire charges for use of Woolsthorpe Village Hall

b) To resolve to accept payments, monies received and note bank balance 

c) To resolve to agree the Q4 and Year End Bank reconciliation.

d) To sign the AGAR for 2025/2026

e) To consider financial support towards the grass cutting at Cobleas
