Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of Woolsthorpe-by-Belvoir Parish Council to be held at The Village Hall, Main Street, Woolsthorpe on Monday 4th November 2024 at 7.00pm. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon business to be transacted as set out hereunder.

The public forum is scheduled to take place at 7.00pm and the Council meeting will follow on immediately. During the public forum, members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the meeting but may not participate unless invited to do so by the Chairman.
